Phlebotomist - Donor Collections Tech I / MUO I Job Locations
US-MO-Saint Joseph
Responsibilities This position is responsible for performing whole blood collection in donor centers and mobile sites; conducts donor registration, interviews, draw, and donor care; performs regulated pre- and post-collection functions including storage and transportation of blood; promotes a positive organizational image; designated as essential during severe weather or emergency operations. $2,500.00 Sign On Bonus Available Primary Duties, Responsibilities or Activities Required by the Job
Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging the donor, treating donors in a respectful manner, and striving to provide each donor with a positive and pleasant experience which would encourage their return.

Qualifications Requirement Minimum Education & Experience Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED). Related Experience: Experience interacting with customers or the public in a service-oriented setting.
