This is a customerfacing role where you'll help resolve complex questions, troubleshoot application issues, and support new system implementations. You'll work closely with internal users, technical teams, and leadership to ensure a high level of service, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys *problemsolving, learning new systems, and supporting users in a professional callcenter or helpdesk environment*. This is a renewable contract based on performance, opportunity to convert once headcount comes available. *What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications* * Education and/or experience equivalent to an *Associate Degree* in business, technology, or a related discipline. * Prior experience in a *customer support, call center, or help desk environment*, ideally supporting applications or PC systems. * Strong customer service mindset with a desire to use technology to improve service. * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technical teams, and leadership. * Proven organizational skills, time management, and ability to work under pressure. * Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Columbia, SC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
