Finance Data Analyst Intern

FINANCE DATA ANALYST INTERN - PLANO, TX (SPRING/SUMMER 2026)

We are looking for a college student with strong analytical skills to contribute immediately to our Network Financial Performance team in North America. This is a hands-on role that is expected to serve as a Finance Business Partner supporting the different business areas in the regular business course, specific projects, or any ad-hoc requests. The role requires a good understanding of the overall business around the different BRP brands, allowing for meaningful recommendations on key business in and outside of finance.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Contribute to the finance team, supporting on sales program initiatives and customer business initiatives.
• Support business functions as a Finance Business partner such as Market Planning, Sales, Sales Programs on key business initiatives.
• Analyze big data in relation to wholesale and retailprograms and contributewithinsightful finance related information.
• Identity and act on opportunities to automate and improve processes as well as analytical tools.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

• A college senior level student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's / Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytics program graduating in Spring 2026 or Winter 2026, with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Must have the following knowledge: Direct margin calculations and percentages, statistics, data analytics, basic accounting knowledge, profit & loss statement reading as well as financial planning & analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours for the duration of the internship.

Preferred:

• Self-starter with a demonstrated track record of taking initiative
• PowerPivot, PowerQuery, SQL
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Knime, Alteryx.

This is a Spring/Summer Internship (April - September and could possibly be longer). This role will be in-office 3x per week and requires the ability to work at least 30 hours per week.
