SSOE is seeking a Project Management Intern for the Summer 2026. This position is an onsite role that requires you to work at our Toledo, OH Headquarters each day. Remote or hybrid work for this role is available based on manager discretion.

The ideal candidate should be able to complete a minimum of 2 full-time, alternating co-op rotations in the office where they are being hired for prior to their graduation.

Responsibilities

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

    Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee. Receives specific and detailed instruction.
  • Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures respective to field of study.
  • Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee.
  • Occasional local travel may be required for client visits.
  • Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments.


Qualifications

  • Students majoring in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or technically related discipline are preferred
  • Second or third academic year preferred.
  • Must be registered with the Office of Professional Experience Program or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Excel and project management experience preferred.
  • Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour depending on year in school
