As a Security Officer Lobby Screening in Crystal Springs, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer, helping manage entry and exit activity, monitor assigned areas, and support security-related operations through visible presence and attentive communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification steps, and visitor management protocols at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, check identification and/or authorization for access, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and other access-related activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, help to deter unauthorized access, and communicate clearly with site contacts, employees, and/or first responders during security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
