TEKsystems is partnering with a leading banking organization to hire experience customer service candidates who wants to work as a Banking Consultants to support the Princeville Branch in Kauai. As a Banking Consultant, you will serve as the face of the branch, providing exceptional service while supporting customers with a wide range of financial needs-from basic transactions to more complex banking solutions. Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships * Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently * Maintain a working knowledge of banking products and services * Assist customers with account needs, referrals, and sales opportunities * Utilize digital banking tools to support day-to-day customer needs * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards * Contribute to a positive team environment while supporting branch goals Qualifications: * Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience or High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a sales and service environment * 2+ years of cash-handling experience required * 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Welcoming, professional presence when interacting with customers * Digitally savvy and comfortable using digital banking technology * Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through * Agile, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment * Positive attitude, growth mindset, and quick learner * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to handle confidential matters * Must be able to work in person Monday through Friday during branch hours * Must be able to work a rotational Saturday schedule as required Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Princeville, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
