The Divisional Operations Manager will provide leadership to create an environment that promotes teamwork, continuous improvement and a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

The Divisional Operations Manager drives the operational strategy and is the liaison with technicians, upper management, and facilities. The position is responsible for rolling out strategic operational initiatives in addition to managing materials, clinical, IT, and logistics projects generated by the organization. The position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of service rental offerings that will generate growth in the Company. The position oversees technical staff, inventory, fleet, branch managers, clinical management and vendor management related to equipment repair.

The Divisional Operations Manager will help define divisional operational objectives and deliverables to meet changing business needs and timelines. Effectively manage a region made up of technicians and managers from offices in different regions. Develop recommendations, well-supported by facts, analysis and business insights. The Divisional Operations Manager will monitor the utilization of assets and personnel to ensure optimal utilization. Reallocate equipment within the region as required to ensure assets are generating revenue at prescribed levels. Present findings to management, gain alignment and approval. The Divisional Operations Manager will leverage functional expertise to solve broader business issues. Ability to coach and develop others can effectively empower and delegate across various projects and departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Develops policies and procedures to support an automatic inventory replenishment initiative.
  • Manage all branches for quality, on-time and cost-effective service.
  • Define and redesign the divisional logistics network to drive operating costs and service lead-time down and delivery reliability up. Create systems and develop logistics providers from conception to implementation if required.
  • Stabilize/reduce Stock outs.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate levels of all products.
  • Maintain and motivate a staff capable of working within the Operations System to achieve desired results.
  • Develop initiatives to continually drive down lost cases.
  • Maintain relationship with facilities to ensure clear communications and cooperation.
  • Oversee operations managers at the branch level, develop a training plan and system to assist managers in maintaining corporate specified standards and procedures.
  • Ability to facilitate the implementation of technology and understand how integrated systems impact corporate business strategies.
  • Ensure the most cost effective allocation of technicians, equipment and vehicles.
  • Maintain proper protocol for scheduling and confirming all procedures, pick-ups, and deliveries.
  • Coordinating of all transfer of equipment within the region, between branches and Intra-Company.
  • Ensure that corporate Quality Standards for equipment, accessories, vehicles and personnel are maintained in all branch offices.
  • Maintain the protocol of quality assurance and continued quality improvement aspect of equipment.
  • Maintain the protocol of equipment and disposable inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Monitor and participate in all inventories as assigned by management.
  • Coordinate repairs with vendors, schedule vendor repairs and parts ordering for repairs as required.
  • Maintain computers, data base and update facility and physician preference in the Scheduling System.
  • Annual reviews and disciplinary warnings of all laser technicians/hiring, firing and processing of all Branch Employees.
  • Maintain the protocol for on call schedules within region.
  • Maintain the protocol for the vehicle fleet service with divisional management.
  • Develop budgets and operational plans to achieve profit and growth.
  • Liaison between hospitals, physicians and the company to maximize procedures, block booking and eliminate problems and conflicts.
  • Create opportunities and identify weaknesses to decrease expenditures.
  • Assist all sales personal with direct marketing, questionnaires, lead generating, courses, sales appointments and contracts.
  • Approval of time card and time off requests including vacation and float time.
  • Establish policies and procedures for the implementation of new operational projects.
  • Ensure that Tech Utilization KPI's are aligned with corporate standards.
  • Ensure the Laser Utilization KPI's are aligned with corporate standards.
  • Control overtime and produce schedules and staff properly to reduce overtime.
  • Ensure that regions are staffed properly, with competent individuals.
  • Reduce turnover rates.
  • Ensure that all paperwork i.e. Work Orders, Laser Logs, Payroll, Inventory is done accurately and submitted as per PRI corporate policy.
  • Must report to work on time and on a regular basis.
  • All other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. There will be exposure to heat greater 80 degrees and cold less than 60 degrees in the outdoors.

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
