  • Establish clear success metrics for AI adoption and impact, including productivity gains, cycle-time reduction, use case implementation, capacity unlock, ROI, and cost leverage; report measurable outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise security, data privacy, compliance, and governance standards, with consistent deployment patterns across the organization.
  • Lead structured implementation programs and phased rollouts to integrate AI into daily operations without disrupting business continuity.
  • Develop and scale Retrieval AI capabilities that connect employees to internal knowledge, historical data, and enterprise intelligence assets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product team, managing priorities, resources, and budgets to deliver enterprise AI outcomes.

What you will need to succeed...

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles, with at least 3 years focused on AIML, enterprise software, automation platforms or internal productivity tools; proven track record in scaling enterprise solutions for knowledge worker environments.
  • You must have direct experience managing and scaling enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Gemini Enterprise, OpenAI Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot/Foundry), with deep integration into core enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow and others, to enable secure, high-impact AI-driven capabilities and workflows across the organization.
  • Expertise in Assistive Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems), Retrieval AI (e.g., RAG architectures, vector databases), and related technologies; familiarity with cloud infrastructures, APIs, data models, and security protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong experience translating business needs into technical requirements, managing cross-functional teams, and executing agile methodologies in regulated or high-stakes enterprise settings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level and collaborate across global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes in productivity and efficiency through AI deployment; proficiency in defining KPIs, conducting user research, and optimization based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or life sciences industries is a plus, along with knowledge of ethical AI practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), AI Security Frameworks, Guardrails, AI Risks
  • High-agency mindset, systems thinking, and a passion for innovation that aligns with IDEXX's mission.
