We are seeking a temporary, full-time Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations. This role will provide assistance across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and record management. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Include, but not limited to:

-Assist with recruiting efforts- screening candidates in the ATS, scheduling interviews and facilitating communications between candidates and hiring managers

-Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientation

-Maintain accurate employee records and proper filing of HR documentation

-Provide support and coordination of career fairs and recruiting events

-Respond to general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred

-Prior HR experience

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Familiarity with HR software including applicant tracking systems (ATS)

-Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
