Overview Asphalt Seal & Repair is seeking a candidate that will assist in the preparation, laying, and finishing of asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of surfaces for paving (sweeping, cleaning, applying tack coat, etc.)

- Prior experience in asphalt paving or construction preferred but not required. - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Knowledge of road and traffic regulations - Comfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time. - Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction. - Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Reliable transportation. - Valid Drivers License preferred. - Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. - Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.
