The QA Manager is a hands-on quality leader responsible for ensuring the reliability and release readiness of the Go Mobile application across iOS, Android, and Windows devices. This role focuses on both manual and automated testing, guiding how quality practices are applied throughout the mobile development lifecycle. Working closely with QA engineers, mobile developers, backend teams, product management, and support organizations, the QA Manager ensures that testing approaches reflect real-world enterprise usage and release risks. The role participates from early planning and test strategy definition through validation and release readiness, ensuring quality is embedded throughout development and delivery. PTC carefully considers a wide varietyof factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $195,000 - 230,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus.Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
