3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's Required to Get on the Floor

• Technical degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ years of machining experience, including internships or shop work.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with basic CNC programming and machine setup.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

What You'll Handle:

• Set up and operate machine tools including mills, lathes, and drill presses to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and machining instructions to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform basic CNC programming and transfer programs between systems.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to verify tolerances and part quality.
• Complete secondary operations including deburring, stamping, and finishing during machine cycles.
• Maintain work area organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and identify potential issues.
• Adjust setups and tooling to maintain part accuracy and production efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures while supporting production deadlines.
• Cross-train on equipment and support various machining operations as needed.
