USC WorkWell Center (WorkWell), the University's long-standing workforce wellness program, is seeking a Clinical Coordinatorto join their team. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the employee assistance program that serves faculty and staff with counseling, management consulting, executive coaching, critical incident response, and psychoeducational talks and trainings. This position will assist in the organization and delivery of services and activities specific to a clinical department. Provides support for WorkWell's Director and Associate Director of Clinical Programs. Provides specialized expertise on database management/reporting, compliance, credentialing, scheduling, clinic flow and design, onboarding, and event planning. Job Accountabilities:
