Advantage Technical is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician, on behalf of our client, for a manufacturing environment where your skills directly impact production uptime. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-based control systems Perform twice-per-shift rounds on compressors, chillers, pumps, silos, and extrusion equipment Install and set up barrels and screws on extruders Complete welding, fabrication, and capital project work Execute preventative maintenance Identify and eliminate root causes of unscheduled downtime What You Bring 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Electrical troubleshooting proficiency Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics Familiarity with safety procedures HS Diploma/GED required; technical degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred What You Get Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k options Weekly pay via direct deposit Referral bonus potential Employee discount programs and more!
