Please review the job profile below and apply today! We are seeking an Advanced Scrum Master to help mature our agile practices and lead a large Point of Sale initiative on a retail train. This role will guide cross-domain delivery, strengthen agile discipline, and foster alignment between product, technology, and business teams.Position offers remote schedule within our six-state footprint - Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Wisconsin. Residency in one of these states or willingness to relocate is required. TheAdvanced Scrum Master plays a critical role in advancing the maturity of agile practices across Servicing. Acting as a servant leader, coach, and delivery catalyst, you will: Lead and Mature Agile Delivery

The pay range for this position is listed below. $103,000.00 - $160,750.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you'll be joining.
