• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components

• Able to lift 25 lbs.

On the Floor

• Perform precision assembly of medical device components in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Follow strict cleanroom gowning procedures including hair nets, gloves, masks, lab coats, and other protective garments
• Adhere to contamination control protocols to maintain sterile production standers
• Read and follow detailed work instructions, disarms, and assembly procedures
• Use small hand tools, tweezers, microscopes, or magnification equipment when assembling delicate components
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
• Follow Good Manufacturing practices (GMP) and company safety standards
