What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent required;Associate degree in Quality, Electronics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding ofquality systems and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to readbasic technical documents, procedures, and instructions.
• Strongattention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Skills

• Experience inelectronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or electromechanical assembly.
• Familiarity withISO quality standards or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge ofinspection tools and quality documentation practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanishis a plus.

How You Keep Quality Tight

• Monitor and verifymanufacturing processesto ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Performprocess audits and quality checksthroughout production.
• Reviewwork instructions, documentation, and quality recordsfor accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in maintaining theQuality Management System (QMS).
• Support investigations ofnon-conforming products and process issues.
• Work with production teams to ensurecorrective and preventive actionsare implemented.
• Ensure compliance withcustomer specifications, internal procedures, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurateinspection reports and quality documentation.
• Participate incontinuous improvement initiativesto enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency.
• Assist with training employees onquality standards and procedureswhen necessary.
