Tools of the Trade

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Abilitytoreadworkinstructions,productionorders,orblueprints
• Strongattentiontodetailandqualitycontrol
• Basicmathandmeasurementskills
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam
• Able to stand during the entire shift & lift 50 lbs.

Your Role on the Floor

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to company procedures.
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper machine opeartion.
• Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specs.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following safety protocols.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
