What's Required to Thrive Here

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, deadline-focused, and great at managing workflow.
• Dependable, confidential, and reliable.
• 1 year of experience working as an Account Clerk

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and process mail
• Answer account questions
• Create customer invoices
• Process credit card payments by phone
• Misc. office duties as assigned
