We're looking for an HR professional who's as strategic as they are people-focused. This role blends big-picture planning with real connection, helping teams grow, perform, and stay.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles within a 1.3 million square foot warehouse.
• Source, attract, and engage both active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job duties, and required skills.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' alignment with position requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,Business,orarelatedfield.
• 3+yearsofHRrecruitmentortalentacquisitionexperience.
