We are seeking an additional Field Technician to support End User Services across multiple hospital locations, with a primary on-site presence in Libertyville, IL. This individual will assist with the imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and support of IT equipment in a healthcare environment. The role will split time between participating in a hardware refresh initiative, supporting Windows 11 upgrades, and providing day-to-day operational IT support for end users across multiple sites. Prior healthcare IT experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is someone who can take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt quickly as priorities shift between project-based work and user support needs. Flexibility is critical, as support demands may vary by location. Responsibilities * Image and deploy desktop and laptop hardware * Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, and desktop-related issues * Support Windows 11 upgrades and device refresh initiatives * Provide responsive, customer-focused end user support * Assist with Active Directory-related tasks as required Required Skills * Hardware support and troubleshooting * Desktop and end user support * Imaging and deployment * Windows OS (Windows 10/11) * Strong customer service skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Libertyville, IL.
