We are seeking highly motivated, techsavvy Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join Intuit's growing Sales Development organization. This strategic BDR role focuses on generating qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives by engaging prospective customers through outbound outreach. This position leverages multiple, integrated sales tools - including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong - requiring candidates who are adaptable, comfortable with evolving processes, and able to navigate multiple technologies simultaneously. BDRs are expected to consistently deliver on KPIs, operate with speed and discipline, and demonstrate strong changemanagement aptitude in a fastmoving environment. Key Responsibilities Perform outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives. Achieve daily/weekly KPIs, including 45 dials per day and 1.5-2.5 meetings set per day. Use Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales technologies to manage outreach, track activity, and optimize performance. Build valuebased conversations tailored to small and midmarket businesses. Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for Intuit solutions. Adapt quickly to new campaign strategies, shifting workstreams, and evolving business priorities. Manage your workflow proactively without relying on AI to create messaging or call flows - AI tools may assist but cannot replace humanled process creation. Collaborate with internal teams to refine best practices and support continuous improvement. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1-2 years of experience in sales or as a BDR - cold calling, business development, lead developers, full cycle sales Highgrit, highadaptability candidates who can operate in a fastpaced, constantly changing environment. The ideal BDR demonstrates: Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Ability to pivot quickly with new direction Comfort with evolving workflows and campaign testing Positive mindset, strong attitude, and solution-oriented approach Coachability and openness to feedback Technical competency and confidence learning new tools Experience in a sales role using technology platforms (biggest current gap we need to close) Technology Expectations This role requires proficiency and confidence operating multiple sales tools simultaneously. Candidates should have experience with: Salesforce (CRM) Outreach (sequencing, email, call tasks) Gong (call intelligence / coaching) General comfort with multisystem workflows Note: While AI tools are available, they do not replace foundational responsibilities like writing your own emails, building call flows, or developing your personal workflow strategy. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.86 - $24.86/hr.
