Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Collects patient data and documents in the medical record. * Assists therapist with group management and behavioral interventions. * Provides patient treatments as ordered. * Documents care provided in the medical record. * Observes patients and reports behaviors or treatment concerns to the therapist, Nurse Practitioner or Team Lead/Manager. * Maintains supplies, including scanning, stocking and ordering new supplies and disposing of expired or damaged supplies. * Participates in department and unit performance improvement activities. * Assists with cleaning and organizing the programming rooms. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in relevant Behavioral health field. Or: minimum of 5 years of experience working with children. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25-50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50-100 pounds.
