Join us as a CRE Market Manager and help shape the growth of our Commercial Real Estate portfolio. In this role, you'll lead production efforts, guide a talented team, and build strong relationships across the CRE community. Your work directly supports our mission to deliver highquality lending solutions while fostering longterm partnerships.

In this role you'll
  • Direct the origination, underwriting, and management of CRE loans in alignment with the bank's lending strategy.
  • Lead and support the production activities of other originators within your assigned market.
  • Originate, review, and underwrite CRE transactions of varying complexity.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with developers, housing authorities, consultants, syndicators, and service providers.
  • Monitor the performance of the active loan portfolio according to bank and regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee credit files to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation, including tax returns, statements, and leasing information.
  • Represent Banner Bank as a subject matter expert in CRE initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
What we're looking for
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
  • You bring 8 or more years of experience in Residential Construction or Home Builder Finance lending (Required).
  • You have 6 or more years of supervisory or management experience leading a project, process, or team (Required).

  • You have a deep understanding of residential, multifamily, and CRE construction loans, including complex financial structures, tax implications, and regulatory considerations.
  • You excel at assembling, reviewing, and approving comprehensive financing packages with accuracy and insight.
  • You are familiar with engineering reports, inspections, budgets, appraisals, title policies, insurance, taxes, and real estate regulations.
  • You bring advanced analytical abilities paired with strong problemsolving skills.
  • You communicate clearly in both written and verbal form and stay highly organized in a fastmoving environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $173,670 - $225,000
  • Annual incentive potential
