Our goal is to give students meaningful work that builds on what they are learning in the classroom. Our programs are project based. Students will receive a project at the beginning of the summer and present it in our project expo at the end of the summer. Develops and executes People & Culture (P&C) strategies and initiatives at a complex site/business unit that align with organizational goals and values. Ensures a strategic approach to P&C planning, policy development, talent management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Partners with leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive performance, growth, and compliance across all P&C functions. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP SPHR, PHR) Preferred Education & Experience
