Duration: 6 months

Pay Rae: $20.00 on W2


Job Description:

  • The department is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to assist Vital Records customers with inquiries related to birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates.
  • This role requires handling a high volume of calls, providing clear and accurate information, and ensuring efficient resolution of customer concerns.
  • This role requires prior call center experience-general phone-based customer service experience alone is not sufficient.


Required Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
