- Target Market: Large customers with repeated business.
- Industry: Supportive industries that use aluminum trim (construction, automotive, signage, manufacturing, etc.).
- Company: Canadian-based, recently moved stateside. Not a huge database, so candidates will need to network, promote, and attend trade shows.
- Role: Will require discipline and a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit as it's hybrid with lots of flexibility.
- Mileage : $0.55 per mile.

- his individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to order fulfillment.

Role & Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and contact prospective clients across targeted industries.
- Promote our standard and custom aluminum extrusion offerings.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable extrusion solutions.
- Provide regular follow-up to ensure timely delivery and address concerns.
Sales Operations:
- Prepare quotes and proposals with attention to detail.
- Accurately enter and track orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate production, finishing, and logistics.
Market Feedback & Strategy:
- Provide feedback on customer trends, product demand, and competitive activity.
- Recommend service or process improvements based on customer feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous development of sales strategy and marketing materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required however preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience (experience in aluminum, construction materials, or industrial sales is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Florida as needed. Interstate travel may be required from time-to-time.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
