As an Associate of the Solutions Engineering and Analytics Graduate Program, you will learn the ins and outs of supporting new and existing clients by developing reports, creating dashboards, and providing insights through data analysis. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Assist with researching transportation and logistics solutions and improving efficiencies
• Gain understanding and experience with functional areas of transportation and logistics
• Participate in projects in the areas of logistics, network design, transportation, and optimization
• Research data related to mode/carrier selection, shipment tracking and the measurement of customer service and carrier performance
• Gain real world knowledge of various software programs, including Power BI, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

It'd be great if you also have:

• College project or internship requirement
• Strong time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
