Position Detail:

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Ensure the safety of guests and employees by maintaining the highest standards of trail maintenance and safety;
• Maintain skiing surfaces to the highest standards;
• Minimize down time of trails through preventative maintenance and upkeep of machinery;
• Perform general labor tasks associated with trail work and ski operations;
• Communicate regularly and clearly with staff and follow directions accurately;
• Operate snowmobiles along trails to perform duties;
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned;
• Comply with FirstLight policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications / Skills

Physical Requirements

• Will be exposed to a variety of weather conditions such as snow, extreme cold and rain;
• Ability to be physically mobile and able to walk, stand, sit, reach, push/pull, climb, bend, stoop, kneel or crouch prolonged periods including climbing on and off snowmobiles and vehicles;
• Must be able to walk up and down flights of stairs, ladders, and ramps, balance, work on uneven and slippery surfaces, work in close quarters and carry up to 100 lbs.
