Then this is the position for you. This position provides administrative and project support to the Cleveland Branch Support and Corporate Learning departments who serve 27 branch locations.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED required. College degree strongly preferred.
* Two (2) years administrative or retail banking experience required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (candidate will be tested).
* Ability to communicate effectively with departments and branch personnel.
* Must be a team player and positive acceptor of on-going change.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while producing accurate, high-quality work.
* Good organizational skills and must be detail oriented.

Principal Activities and Duties:
Administrative:
* Provide administrative support to the VP, Branch Support, VP/AVP Branch Banking (Regional Managers)
* Answer incoming calls, take messages, and communicate in a professional manner.
* Process and distribute mail and incoming faxes.
* Any data entry, filing, and typing.
* Design Service and Sense Newsletter using Publisher or Word.
* Distribute mass mailings.
* Assist with event coordination.
* Create any required spreadsheets.
* Write and send memos and other correspondence.
* Collect, compile, and generate various reports.
* Prepare and track payments of invoices.

Branch Support Project Coordination:
* Coordinate float scheduling for the Cleveland branches with the float pool group manager
* Participate in Branch Support project design meetings, evaluate potential problems and propose improvements if necessary
* Communicate with all applicable internal teams involved in Branch Support project to identify goals, scope, schedule, and objectives
* Coordinate all team members needed to keep workflow on track and obtaining appropriate management approvals
* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to internal departments
* Monitor project progress, set timeframes, and handle any issues that arise
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
* Help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities
* Anticipate work requirements based on prior requests and instructions and perform work independently.

Compensation: $24-$28/per hour

All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program.

Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions.
