- Leads the development of detailed, strategic project plans, outlining goals, objectives, key activities, milestones, costs, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution from project initiation through closure, with clear, quantifiable outcomes aligned to sponsor expectations.
- Partners with internal business leaders to drive execution of enterprise-level projects and operational initiatives as approved by Executive Leadership and Director, Project Management, proactively managing risks, interdependencies, and costs to ensure organizational objectives are met.
- Provides coaching to others in preparing executive ready presentations and materials for leadership forums, including weekly project meetings, steering committee sessions, and status reviews, ensuring clear communication and effective decision making.
- Leverages PowerBI capabilities to assess current state performance, conduct gap and root-cause analysis, and design future-state business processes supported by measurable performance outcomes.
- Ensures strong alignment with the Project Management Office (PMO) operating model, adhering to established methodologies, governance standards, and industry recognized project management best practices.
- Partners with cross-functional teams and business leaders to design, implement, and operationalize policy, process, and system improvements that produce sustainable solutions, quantifiable results and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Leads strategic continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies (including define, measure, analyze, design, and verify (DMADV) and define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) to drive enhanced efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Oversees end-to-end execution of complex project plans, ensuring implementation of sustainable solutions across functional areas by identifying critical path activities and removing barriers to progress.
- Provides project planning and estimation, developing detailed project plans and maintaining full accountability for work plans, resource alignment, documentation, and status reporting to the Director, Project Management and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborates with functional areas to define work plans and resource strategies across all project phases, ensuring initiatives remain on schedule and within budget while proactively identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks as needed.
- Establishes and upholds strategic governance, defining standards, processes, and tools that strengthen project delivery, while leveraging advanced project management methodologies enhance execution and collaboration.
- Applies strong technical expertise and business acumen to guide project decisions, ensuring solutions maximize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Leadership responsibilities include the selection, development, performance management and continuous recalibration of staff; ensures appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation; performs administrative tasks associated with timekeeping, pay, performance, policy administration and other matters related to employment.
- Assesses staff and provides timely and consistent feedback regarding technical proficiency and effectiveness. Provides constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance. Works with staff to identify work goals and create individual development plans. Evaluates training programs to ensure content meets staff needs.
- Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg's cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.
- Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, healthcare administration, project management, or a related field equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in healthcare reimbursement, preferably in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry preferred.
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) medical device is highly preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement tools, including value stream mapping, fishbone diagrams, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), pareto analysis, root cause analysis, and/or control plans required.
- Intermediate to advanced experience and skill using PowerBI.
- Demonstrates advanced computer skills, including effective use of web browsers/internet research and comprehensive proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Outlook, MS Office, including advanced skills with Word, Excel, and the ability to produce presentation-ready slides in PowerPoint for executive level presentation. Exhibits strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn, navigate, and master new software applications and systems.

Compensation Salary Range $108,800-$125,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs.
