As a Security Officer - Unarmed Driving Plaza Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial services location, you will conduct routine mobile and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and respond to calls with professionalism. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license meeting Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service, clear communication, and accurate reporting while living our agile, reliable, innovative, people-first, teamwork, and integrity-focused values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, alarms, and other service calls as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access control concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify identification and/or authorization when applicable, and document entries and exits in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed reports on patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
