This role prepares data-driven reports, creates visualizations, and integrates advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making. It manages delinquent accounts by optimizing collection strategies, liaising with external partners, and minimizing financial impacts on metrics like DSO and bad debt. Collaborating with developers, it ensures the design, maintenance, and improvement of data systems while identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
What You'll do
- Contribute to the execution of the RACE (Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence) by prioritizing, creating, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and data reporting platforms to guide decision-making.
- Execute data analytics projects to advance the information management (IM) vision of a data-driven organization.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive statistical models for actionable business recommendations.
- Own and execute the quarterly centralization of the Pay Plan.
- Serve as a Finance advisor on Pay Plan effectiveness and the behavioral impact of Pay Plan calculations.
- Participate in agile workflows, including sprint planning, backlog reviews, and daily standups, to develop and deliver user stories and enhance IM velocity across HNA.
- Support and promote an analytics-driven culture across customer, sales, and marketing teams through training and collaboration.
- Oversee the timely collection of assigned account receivables and resolve customer complaints or inquiries related to billing and shipping errors.
- Evaluate customer financial information (e.g., DNBi, trade references) to manage delinquency, limit losses, and ensure compliance with state lien/bond laws.
- Collaborate with external agencies and develop cost-efficient collection strategies or initiate write-offs for uncollectible debts.
- Lead, coach, and train on agency processes, maintaining and improving training and policy documentation to align with global standards.
- Evaluate team performance and analyze bad debt metrics to improve collections efficiency.
- Champion LEAN concepts and drive process efficiency, cost savings, and cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, IT, Finance or Business Administration, required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum three years' professional experience required, to include:
oHilti systems required
oCredit Extension experience
oLien/Bond experience required or equivalent experience
- 2 years in data process management, reporting or financial analyst functions with proven experience using data to drive decisions with dashboard development preferred
- 2 years' experience in finance applications with recommendation of strategy changes based on analytics
- Statistical modeling experience and/or predictive analytics preferred
- Experience in data processing utilizing high levels of expertise in Excel functions, SQL, BI querying, Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx or similar data processing/reporting tools required
- Technology driven mindset with critical thinking skills
- Must be a self-driven hard worker with an open-minded attitude capable of driving change in a fast-paced agile development environment
- Ability to handle large work volume and multiple priorities, required
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word, required
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues, identify potential causes and provide solutions and recommendations, required
- Demonstrated project management skills, required
- Ability to travel within supported regions for rollouts or training, up to 10% of domestic & international travel, when required
