The Senior Analyst, High Voltage is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, specializing in solar PV systems. This individual will leverage expertise in data analysis and project management to enhance the efficiency and reliability of solar power plants. They will lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve system performance, utilizing analytical skills to identify areas for optimization. The Senior Analyst will work independently, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable energy solutions. This role actively supports the organization's commitment to environmental stewardship and the advancement of renewable energy, contributing to the success of solar projects. This role is part of the Maintenance Support Services Team, reporting to the BOP Manager, the High Voltage Specialist provides the safe management, maintenance, documentation, and repair guidance of high voltage equipment and Balance of Plant components for our Wind, Solar, and Solar plus Storage sites. This role is based out of our Winslow, AZ office. Candidates located in Phoenix, AZ or nearby areas will be considered; however, regular travel to Winslow is required. Essential Functions:
