This is an exciting time to join Visa'sNAMarketingServicesteam,as wegrow the team andstrengthen our focus on deepening relationships withFintech and Digital Partnershipclients.TheSenior Marketing Manager,NAMarketing Services Fintechwill support thedevelopmentandsell-in ofclient programs thatoptimizethe use of Visa marketing platforms/initiativesas well asthe delivery of the projects..

TheMarketing Servicesteamis transforming how we partner with clients to drive engagement, through a proactive and results driven marketing approach. As part of theNorthAmericaMarketingServicesteam, theSenior MarketingManager, willlead strategic account relationships whileidentifyingopportunities for Visa to support clients with Marketing Servicessolutions. This role willbe responsible forprospecting,pricingand sellinginmarketing solutionsfor Visa'sFintech and Digital Partnership clientsalong with theend-to-endexecutionanddelivery of the projects sold in.TheSeniorMarketing Manager will engage with teams across Visa and its clients to deliver thought leadership advisory servicesand execution ofmarketing programs to help grow our clients' business and drive incremental client and Visa revenue.

This role isresponsible for planningand execution ofmarketing strategies and partnership initiatives to grow Visa's business with Visa's clients,such as lifecycle marketing engagements, best practices, go-to-market recommendations, sponsorship marketing, events, advisory services, social/digital marketing,through the activation of Visa marketing solutions, platforms/initiatives and strategic use of sponsorship assets.

ThisSenior Manageris responsible forbuilding partnership relationships withVisacross-functional teams, including Sales, Product,Creative,Legal, andMarketingin addition to externalagencies to deliver best-in-class marketing plans that drive business goals for both Visa and its clients.ThisSeniorManager must be able to thrive in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment. You areresults-oriented, flexible, witha "can do",positive attitude.Additionally, you have a strongtrack recordinworking collaboratively and independently with internal team members and external clients.

Essential Functions:

  • You willlead Visa Marketing Servicesforselect accounts ofVisa'sFintech clientsthat may include Fintech players in theB2B,Small Business,Peer-to-Peer,cryptoand other emergingsegments
  • You willdrivethe strategy and executionofkey marketinginitiativesto drive client business growth, such as lifecycle marketing engagements, best practices, go-to-market recommendations, sponsorship marketing,events,advisory services, social/digital marketing, etc.
  • You willleadmarketing-related project scoping and requirements while aligning withsales and theclient
  • You will apply data-driven approach to marketing recommendationsleveragingVisa data and industry research tools to capture/communicate marketing best practices and customer insights and present to clients
  • You will work cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing projects thatleveragethe best of Visa resources andexpertise(e.g., with Sales, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
  • You willmanageend-to-end delivery of marketing projects,including escalating any deliverables, updating timelines, and communicating changes to stakeholderswith limited supervisory oversight
  • You will manage the budget/finance process as part of the program oversightand management, working closely with Marketing Delivery
  • You will manage ad hoc requests from key stakeholders, e.g., clients, Visa senior leadership, etc.
  • You will track and manage program results

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • You have significant experience in marketing in the financial services, fintech, or payments sector, working in a fast-moving environment
  • You have prior experience in business development
  • You have prior experience in designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (e.g., paid social, search engine marketing, email, direct mail, etc.) across the marketing lifecycle (acquisition, usage, retention, loyalty)
  • You havesignificant experiencein marketing in the financial services, fintech,or payments sector, working in a fast-moving environment
  • You have prior experience in business development
  • You have prior experience in designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (e.g., paid social, search engine marketing, email, direct mail,etc.) across the marketing lifecycle (acquisition, usage, retention, loyalty)
  • You have strong executive presence and comfort leading discussions with clients
  • You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortabletranslating data into marketing strategy
  • You haveStrong written and in-person communication skills
  • You have strong project management skills
  • You are detail oriented andextremely organized
  • You have experience planning and executing events
  • You have experience with executing programs in partnership with Sponsorship Properties
  • You are a team player with experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that includeda high levelof detail and ability to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
  • You areself-motivated and proactive in asking questions / proposing solutions
  • You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point and Word
  • You are willing to travel
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 153,700.00 to 246,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
