Tesla isseekinga curious, engaging, and drivenCollision Field Operations Training Instructorto join the Collision Learning & Development (L&D) team. You will delivertraining toonboard and support the performance of CollisionEstimators,CSRsandadditionalTesla Collision team membersaccording to business needs. You will ensure the effective and efficient implementation of our learning programs, including the success of training for New Site Openings.
The positionwill be based out of our Collision Center in Huntington Beach, CA. Ifyou'reinterested in becoming a part of a world-class team supporting the latest EV technology, we are interested in hearing from you.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training on front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including systemutilization, while training and developing customer service representatives and estimators on customer intake and vehicle repair processing
- Assistwith scheduling classes, coordinating site visits, and conducting virtual support
- Ensure programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Tesla's objectives
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Work independently in limited-supervision environments whilecomplying withall Tesla safety rules, guidelines, and standards
- Perform anyadditionalresponsibilities as needed and assigned
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of collision industry experience, with training experience preferred
- Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair preferred
- Experienced in front-of-house and back-of-house collision operations, including estimating platforms,production management systemsand Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- High levelofproficiencyin both written and spoken English
- Maintain and perform top-level professional integrity and appearance as a Collision Repair Program Trainer
- 60% travel domestically and internationally based on business needs
- Capable of lifting 50lbs. and driving a forklift

Expected Compensation
$64,600 - $114,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
