As a Security Guard - Roving Patrol in CLARKSVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while documenting observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, unsecured doors, and/or unusual conditions.
• Control access to the location by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, notifying site leadership and/or emergency services, and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed reports and shift logs, monitor cameras and/or alarm panels as assigned, and communicate observations promptly to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss Prevention is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
