Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care with surgical team in collaboration with other departments. Position Details: Join Mercy St Louis Cardiovascular Operating Room! Seeking Graduate RNs and Experienced Nurses interested in starting a career in the CVOR! No contract! Thorough orientation into a specialty! FT Days - Call Required Who We Are: The CVOR is a Level 1 STEMI and Trauma Center, providing surgical care to adult patients. We have 6 Operating Rooms (including one hybrid OR and 1 peripheral vascular lab) with 2 specialty teams, Vascular Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery.We perform open, minimally invasive and robotic cardiothoracic surgeries and perform a wide variety of vascular surgeries and interventions. Our training for nurses includes orientation to both the circulating and scrub roles at Mercy. We're a Little Different Our mission is clear. Qualifications: Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school License: current RN license in the state of Missouri. Certifications:BLS required.
