Registered Nurse, RN | Family Medicine Clinic

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health by Gundersen is looking for a full-time RN (0.9 FTE) for the Sparta Family Medicine Clinic. This is your opportunity to do the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region.

What you will do:

• Fulfill 72 hours per two weeks=0.9 FTE

• Work Monday-Friday between 7:45 and 4:30pm (45 minutes for lunch!), occasional coverage until 5pm (rotating days off)

• Practice Love+Medicine by performing telephone triage (phone and in-person), quality work with hypertension & diabetes, wound care, INR management & Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

What you need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin up hire

• New graduate and experienced RNs are welcome to apply!
