Overview

Join Cotiviti's Talent Acquisition team and support our hiring efforts! This role will provide administrative support to the Recruiting team in the delivery of the highest level of recruiting service execution to Cotiviti. You will be instrumental in supporting the coordination of candidate/Hiring Manager/Recruiter schedules for complex or multi meeting assessments activities, providing administrative support for hiring activities, completing and administering associated new hire paperwork and processes, production of defined reporting / metrics, maintenance of appropriate talent pipeline / preferred supplier / key contact lists, and any other related recruiting support as required. Bilingual English/Spanish required to assist with our Mexico City recruiting.



Responsibilities

    Partner with Recruiters to effectively and efficiently schedule and coordinate relevant parties for assessment activities (interviews, etc.), ensuring high quality client/candidate experience is maintained throughout.
  • Prepare interview materials as needed.
  • Provide candidate coordination services, answer queries, respond to email, provide directions, etc.
  • Coordinate monthly job postings to external vendors that are not integrated with our job board.
  • Compose, post, and/or share existing social media postings on corporate Facebook and Instagram accounts.
  • Monitor general Talent Acquisition email inboxes to ensure proper responses.
  • Coordinate staffing agency reqs and candidate management, plus onboarding processing.
  • Ensure high quality delivery of appropriate offer/post offer/new hire paperwork and processes (Contracts of employment, reference checks, travel expenses etc.), according to standard practices.
  • As needed, assist with pre-employment requirements, including background checks and onboarding.
  • Assist with Affirmative Action networking activities including initial contact with appropriate organizations and tracking of activities.
  • Assist with Mexico City recruiting efforts.
  • Maintain updated list of external third party vendors and recruiting partners.
  • At times, may conduct preliminary phone interviews to screen candidates.
  • Assist in producing various reports and metrics related to Recruiting activity and statistics.
  • Participate in Recruiting and Recruiting Operations projects
  • Provide additional support as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator in a corporate recruiting or RPO organization, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes.
  • Highly flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team environment.
  • Strong grasp of the English language and the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees, prospective employees, vendors and senior management.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish skills required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Detail-oriented, with good interpersonal and telephone skills and ability to deal with interruptions and shifting priorities.

  • Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.
Base compensation ranges from $21.50 to $25.50 per hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
