Job Description As a member of the CRM Engineering team, you will be a member of a engineering team focused on the Salesforce platform. This is an opportunity to be part of a team responsible for building a successful, sustainable and strategic CRM platform for 1000+ users in the Ayco business. You will: Collaborate with a global cross functional team in building customer-centric products Analyze existing software to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing new features Follow standard software development guidelines and best practices Create and maintain test plans, documentation and automated tests for all technical changes Grow your technical skillset by seeking out cross-training and knowledge advancement opportunities Participate in user story refinement, technical design, code reviews and the team's Agile process Participate in continuous improvement efforts You are: Energetic, self-directed and self-motivated, able to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues Open minded when approaching problem solving within the context of a team Analytical, with an ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at well-engineered solutions Motivated to learn and contribute technical and product solutions and ideas to a broad team Qualifications Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience 3-5 years of experience, 1+ years of expertise with Salesforce Demonstrated success on previous Salesforce project as a developer Experience with the Salesforce software ecosystem, including Apex, Lightning and data models Experience with writing Apex code, triggers, classes, Lightning components and workflows/approval rules using custom code Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs and REST Exposure to developing backend services using java or object oriented language Experience with relational databases (e.g. SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS) ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
