We are actively seeking IT Plant Support in Luxemburg, Wisconsin.

  • Salary Grade 004: $69,500 - $86,900 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

The IT Plant Support is responsible for keeping local IT operations at 100% uptime and preventing and minimizing the impact of downtime incidents caused by IT failures as a member of the IT USA group. By diligently fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, the IT Plant Support will significantly contribute to the efficient functioning of IT systems within the plant, ultimately supporting overall productivity and success.

What this role is about:

  • Prioritize production needs as paramount, ensuring smooth operation of the production process.

  • Direct office employees requiring level 1 or 2 support to contact the help desk for assistance and provide assistance to the help desk with troubleshooting when necessary.

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all new equipment on stock shelves and track production computers, printers, and peripherals using a designated team spreadsheet.

  • Maintain high visibility and accessibility to employees utilizing technology in the production process.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees encountering technical issues, offering immediate support, and troubleshooting within the production environment.

  • Communicate consistently and effectively with plant personnel, providing frequent updates on IT system issues and changes.

  • Ensure clarity and timeliness in communication to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.

What you need to join our team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.

  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered

  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience as a technical advisor required.

  • Experience in a plant/manufacturing environment preferred.

  • A+, Network+, Security+ required.
