Position: Behavioral Health Navigator - LMHC,LICSW, Licensed Psychologist Department: Behavioral Health Schedule: Part Time (20 hours, Days) JOB SUMMARY: At Boston Medical Center - South, we are committed to improving the health of our communities by delivering exceptional, personalized health care with dignity, compassion and respect. As a Behavioral Health Navigator (BHN), you will work with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals to determine the appropriate care of all patients who are present to the Emergency Department in behavioral health crisis. BHNs collaborate with outpatient providers, DMH, DCF, families, schools etc. to determine the needs of each patient and to ensure that the patients are receiving the best, most effective care available. Compensation Range: $61,500.00- $89,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
