Watts Water Technologies is looking for a high potential candidate to join the Strategic Pricing Team. In this role, the Pricing Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Pricing and will work closely with the Sales and Product Management teams, as well as our internal and external customers. Responsible for implementing strategic pricing programs, managing, and directing all daily and long-range activities related to pricing, harmonizing pricing processes across all business platforms and sales channels.

This hybrid position reports to the Senior Pricing Manager and is based in North Andover, MA.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages and directs all daily and long-range activities related to pricing
  • Implement market pricing changes, quotes, and exceptions into ERP system as needed
  • Review Price Change Requests and ensure all documents are prepared correctly
  • Harmonize pricing processes across our platforms and channels
  • Maintain accurate pricing in the ERP system
  • Run reports as needed for various customers and teams
  • Responsible for Monthly communication of pricing to customers
  • Build long-term relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Responsible for driving pricing initiatives by collaborating with product management and sales
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Department Director

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional business experience, preferably in a strategic/ analytical pricing role
  • Minimum of 3 years of Rebate management and calculations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be process-oriented and have ability to work with various sets of data
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Customer service-focused and results oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently with remote manager
  • Communicate effectively (both written and orally) with customers, coworkers, and management
  • Adaptable to change, ability to shift priorities as needed

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.

The expected salary range for this position is $72,000-80,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
