Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team onsite in Holland, MI.
As the Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst, you will lead highimpact pricing strategy and guide complex contract negotiations that shape profitability across Haworth and our dealer network. In this highly visible role, you will drive databacked pricing decisions using advanced analytics, and AI tools-balancing fastmoving priorities. You will operate with significant independence, influence senior leaders, and deliver innovative, risksmart solutions that strengthen our competitive position and fuel profitable growth.
Essential Functions
- Access Haworth's Data Warehouse to develop customer sales activity reports.
- Provide education to BRC, Field Sales, and Dealers on company resources and proposal tactics.
- Analyze competitive and market trends and work with BRC Leadership to develop pricing strategies.
- Negotiate price agreements, determining discounting parameters and mutually beneficial terms and conditions
- Analyze financial performance and establish appropriate initiatives to deliver revenue and profitability improvement. Achieve or exceed target KPIs.
- Work with the Field Sales team to develop business plans and establish regional pricing strategies.
- Occasional travel to dealer locations to collaborate and build partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations for North American and cross-sector sales, including US and international trade terms.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Procurement or equivalent area of study.
- Associate's degree in Finance, Analytics, Procurement, or equivalent area of study plus 2 years related experience, or
- High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.
- Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military
Experience:
- 5 years related experience in Pricing and Contracts, Finance or Accounting or Procurement with a Bachelor's degree or,
- 3 years related experience in Pricing and Contracts, Finance or Accounting or Procurement with a Master's degree.
Additionally:
- Ability to work in Holland, MI, without relocation assistance.
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time.
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in contract law and terminology with a focus on business risk management.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Office furniture or manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience working with and ability to understand P&L statements.
- Strong proficiency working in MS Office Suite, in particular Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
