You'll drive product launches and GTM strategy for breakthrough innovations that are redefining how people work. This role sits at the center of it all - product, marketing, sales, and customer success - and you'll be the force that brings it together to drive real impact.You'll craft messaging and positioning that cuts through the noise and connects with customers. You'll take complex, cutting-edge capabilities and turn them into stories that inspire action. And you'll lead launch execution in collaboration with teams across every channel - PR, content, campaigns, sales enablement, demos, customer marketing - making sure we show up in market with clarity and consistency.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine messaging, value and competitive positioning for Slack innovations. You will shape the market narrative that carries through everything we put in front of customers - from PR and thought leadership to presentations, content, demos and webinars.
  • Create and lead integrated marketing launch plans as part of the overall go-to-market strategy, partnering with product, sales, marketing and customer success to drive market demand, adoption, and revenue.
  • Support high-impact marketing experiences at Salesforce events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop clear, effective training material that makes our products and positioning easy to understand.
  • Collaborate with marketing specialist teams to launch innovative campaign across web, SEO and design that help us drive pipeline and adoption.
  • Help shape product strategy by translating market trends, research, and customer insights into clear direction for Product.
Required Skills:
  • Domain Expertise: 5-8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on enterprise SaaS applications
  • GTM Excellence: Experience leading major product launches and high-impact GTM campaigns in a global enterprise environment.
  • Compelling Storyteller: Able to craft compelling narratives and demos through effective storytelling with examples that showcase your writing style.
  • Analytical: Uses data and analytics to drive decisions, with a proven track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing goals.
  • Communication and Influence: Strong written and verbal communicator who can clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to executives, internal teams, and customers
  • AI Fluency: Applies AI tools in day-to-day marketing to streamline work, generate insights, and elevate creative output.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MB or equivalent experience highly desirable.

The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually.
