KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Post-Quantum Cryptography to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Define the go-to-market strategy for our quantum security offerings; develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, guiding client engagements with CISOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders; deliver compelling presentations and ROI business cases to drive client acquisition
  • Build and scale a high-performance delivery team to achieve growth targets while maintaining quality; oversee financial performance, ensuring project margins, resource utilization, and P&L accountability
  • Develop thought leadership strategies, including whitepapers and speaking engagements, to enhance KPMG's brand as a quantum security market leader; mentor team members to establish them as recognized industry experts
  • Launch new methodologies and scalable service models tailored to quantum security domains, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, differentiated solutions
  • Attract and nurture specialized technical talent, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting succession planning through effective mentorship
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience with PQC standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) and implementation strategies at the enterprise level
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Proven ability to build and scale consulting offerings, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams in high-growth settings
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and executing partnerships with leading technology vendors, such as Google and IBM
  • Awareness of global quantum security regulations and critical infrastructure mandates; strong ability to engage C-suite and board-level audiences, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies
  • Experience crafting go-to-market narratives and building practice visibility through white papers and conference talks
  • Travel up to 30%
