About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivatedRegulated Manufacturing Technician to join our team and work the 3rd Shift. In this role, you will operate a variety of equipment within a regulated cleanroom environment, ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with approved procedures and quality standards. The position requires accurate documentation, data entry, and execution of system transactions to maintain traceability and compliance. You will also partner with Technical, Skilled Trades, and Continuous Improvement teams to support troubleshooting and implement process improvements. Standard hours will be 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Monday through Friday. (Monday shift starts at 11:00 PM the Sunday night before)
This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland. Pay and Benefits:
- $19 - $32 per hour
- This role is eligible for an additional $2/hr shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
- Work within a regulated cleanroom environment, wearing required cleanroom garments and strictly adhering to cleanroom protocols and applicable procedures.
- Performhands-on piecepart manufacturing of quality products, including operating multiple types of equipment, conducting visual inspections, and completing repetitive assembly tasks (e.g., pinching, gripping, holding).
- Maintainuptodate training records and demonstrate strict adherence to approved procedures and work instructions.
- Utilize thequality management system to ensure manufacturing processes deliver products that meet customer requirements and comply with applicable GMP and ISO standards.
- Learn, support, and practiceGore's culture, including building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
- Work effectivelyboth independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Adapt to evolving business needs by working overtime as required, supporting and identifyingcontinuous improvement opportunities, and learning additional cleanroom areas to support production and R&D activities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment, including operating molding or similar production equipment.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated accuracy in followingwritten instructions and SOPs, with the ability to quickly learn new procedures and techniques.
- Proven ability tocrosstrain and perform a variety of manufacturing tasks.
- Proficiency inbasic math and computer skills, with a willingness to learn advanced manufacturing and quality systems.
- Highlyselfmotivated and detailoriented, with the ability to work autonomously while actively driving personal development.
- Flexibility toadapt to changing manufacturing needs, including the ability to work overtime as required.
- Experience working in acleanroom environment, including wearing appropriate cleanroom garments.
- Demonstratedcollaborative mindset and positive influence when working with team members.
- Ability tolift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, sitting, or standing for extended periods.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with regulated process documentation and GMP requirements, such as batch records, process logs, and controlled procedures.
- Experiencementoring, sponsoring, or coaching others, supporting skill development and knowledge transfer within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity withResource Planning systems and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) used to support manufacturing execution, data tracking, and compliance.
