With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, SFC Civil Constructors, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a proactive Laborer / Construction Worker to join our team to assist with general clean up, material handling, preparing bridge decks, and backfill and general grading. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always.

This position would begin April 2026.

Qualified candidates will have:



  • 6 months construction experience.
  • General construction knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability.
  • Self-starter with ability to set own goals and tasks.
  • Ability to travel in and around South Dakota.
