Job Description The Manager - Retail Sales and Operations will oversee Wilson Warbirds retail operations. This role provides leadership to the retail team to maintain inventory levels and product distribution across all retail locations. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Oversees merchandise operations and merchandise presentation across the stadium, ensuring appropriate merchandise is allocated to retail locations
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of store management experience; sports retail purchasing is a plus. A Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Business Management or Sports Management is preferred. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Work Hours Business hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays. Required to work game days.
